Pathetic service for an account closure still not done

Shocking service received from Edgar's gateway and the non-existent call centre that never answers the call. I have called several times and even went to the store to have my account closed and still no joy. Even emails go unnoticed. Staff members have no interest in client services no wonder they have turned into a sinking ship.
