Pathetic service

So I went to Edgar's loch Logan today after work. I got there around 17h45 shopped around. Just after 18h00 I went to fitting room and a lady told me that the lady who works there already locked and knocked off and I asked her I need this pair of jeans but wanna fit so she went and fetched the key and I went and fitted. Afterwards I went to paypoint on first floor and because I wanted to exchange. When I got there staff was heading to the lift and they shouted to each other saying it's closed there's noone to help them.. I was like for real how cashiers cash up without the last customer be assisted. The was two more clients who also wanted to buy. This is not the first time this store is giving me a poor service. Sunday the 1st September I was also in same store wanted to laybye after shopping when I get to the till points we were adviced that laybye has been suspended due to renovations happening like really why can't you just display at the door or somewhere so that we don't waste our time.

To management I will like to know how do you recruit or train your staff, do you ever consider customer service in your store because both my experience was really pathetic service
