PATHETIC SERVICE EDGARS ONLINE

Purchased R2480 worth of goods online on 18/10/2019. A week later my order still has not arrived. Just to find that the order was cancelled (not by me) and I was never informed. Phoning the customer care line is USELESS - *********** unknowledgeable staff that puts me on hold for up to 10 minutes at a time and cannot give me an answer...manager NEVER available and now TWO weeks later the money has STILL not been returned to my account...I have phoned 5 times already and everyday they say the money will me returned that day but it does not happen. I am sick and tired of Edgars' pathetic service!!!!
