Pathetic Service

Good day. I'm having a new problem with Edgar's. I have been retrenched in November an since then I'm getting call that my account is in arrears, I have been paying insurance. My credit record is going to be very bad, my last statement I received I'm being charged for calls ect... I have started a list of all the people I speak to daily regarding my account so I have proof of how *********** they are. Ever single day is the same story an not 1 person gets back to me. My account is now handed over.
