Pathetic Service & Charged Additional ********** Amounts on your statement

I recently enquired on an amount on my statement that does not make sense. Email was sent on the 25th of Feb no response. Visited the Store to enquire on the transactions and was referred to the Call Centre. I called the Call Centre and received no service- I was transferred to another department - call ended. After calling again and following the prompts the call ended. Extremely frustrating - all I need to know is why you added R360 to my balance
