Pathetic Service calling in - long holds

You call this this branch and the phone just ring the whole day! Like does no one work here???? The staff is so relaxed when they do answer! only to put me through to some department where no one answers , once again on long holds , Where is all that staff! All i wanna do is change a top. Geez! I've been sent all over the city for get this top only to get there and its not even there after branch after branch check the system showing there is! ps check and update this system!
