Pathetic service

Good day Please can you help I have an Edgar's query over 4 months I used my account 2 years ago and didn't take any insurance I keep getting billed when I queried it Edgars advised there is no written or verbal agreement I was then told a refund will be done nothing yet I keep getting statement for nothing I use or do that I am overdue How many people are being ****** I want to take them up my ITC record will be effected because if negligence No one knows what's going on All they say is they don't know why there is a balance Please help I will take them to the ombudsman for debiting clients with no proof or consent given Regards
