Pathetic service

I have never received such pathetic service in my life from manger Phule pheleu Edgar's trade route mall. I have been to 3 jet stores which told me that I cannot utilise a Edgar's gift card by them anymore as they no longer belong to the Edgar's group. I eventually get to Edgar's only to be told by Phule Pheleu at Edgar's trade route mall that they cannot help me either. So who on gods green earth can help me? I need answers immediately as I worked for this brand. I'm disgusted. Can you please employ competent people. This country is gone to the dogs as I've worked for you guys and this was never tolerated before. How on gods green earth is this tolerated now.
