I went to your Legit store in Cosmo city as per the receipt attached…

I got there and stood in a line then was later assisted but a rude cashier named Johanna Maru…

I bought a pair of shorts priced R229.99,when she asked me tot ring my card she said I should pay R230,when asked why am I paying more that the price stated on the tag she rep**** that is how we do it and I argued with her for a while she then called the lady I want to assume is the manager who also it should be ring as R230 on the till…

I asked why are they rounding it up she said that’s how the system operates and started making nasty comments,mind you I can not hear their language when I asked why are are they not communicating is English she responded “so you can’t hear me…

Did not lose it,I worked at retail and I know for sure the business language is English…

I HATE BAD SERVICE,I have worked in retail as stated above and when I get bad service I sweat..

I DEMAND AN APOLOGY FROM ALL THREE LADIES FROM THAT STOE OR ELSE I WILL ESCALATE THIS AND IT WONT END WELL FOR JOHANNA MARU
