PATHETIC SERVICE

Guys stay the hell away from the online game delivery services!!!!! firstly I had to battle for 3 days to get a payment done they weren't very helpful! Just told me to phone my bank to check if they don't have a hold on my online purchases incase of ***** or whatever so I did that I consulted with my bank and they assured me that there aren't any and that my account is open for online purchases. It started out as a good gesture to help some people in Rustenburg battling without work or food with a months groceries but it's turned out to be a very frustrating situation in the end still is I am actually livid and this makes me feel like I never wane try do something nice for anyone ever again cause this has caused me more stress and aggravation than what it has any joy. I decided to ask my friend if I could transfer the money into her account and then into the online services to see if that might work after struggling for 3 days and it did the first try! I was so ecstatic cause I so badly wanted to help these people out so I was jumping for joy but that moment was also short lived as I called the online customer care line to make sure that they have received my payment so that they can process it and do the delivery to these people which they then claimed they cannot see or access it on their system and they asked me to send them proof of this payment and also the order number GAEGSDSHIZ which I did they told me that they are searching for it and will get back to me they didn't however I had to call them to see what was happening with my order and when will it be delivered because it's now a week and a half later since I started this process!!! They then told me they were able to allocate the money and can see the payment on their side now but they cannot see my order so I need to send them an email with the delivery address the items that needs to be delivered and the closest game outlet to the address for delivery I did that and still no response from them I have been following up day in and day out because they keep telling me they will get back to me by the end of the day which obviously never happens!!! and I phone back the next morning again! when they just give me some other excuse! And say they are sorry The game in the delivery area apparently doesn't do online deliveries apparently the one Futher neither! This makes no sense how do they advertise a service which they clearly can not deliver!!! I am livid as you can imagine it's now 3 weeks since I made the payment and since I haven't received any service from them obviously I demanded a refund because I've been more than patient with them and I am getting really sick of them playing the run around with me it's disgusting really how they treat a person as if you are of 0 importance to them this gesture was meant to help people who are battling and it's 3 weeks later they think I am the one lying about trying to send them a food package because nothing is materlizing I did this because I got a advance at work I can't afford to do this every month. Now they want to tell me that it takes 7 working days to get a refund which I don't agree with they should refund me immediately!!! after what I've been through with this it's caused me stress and anxiety honestly the worst experience in my life! Because of this I will never ever try to purchase anything online ever again!!! I just want them to refund me so that I can send these people the money instead which I didn't really want to do in the beggining because they have bad habits, that's why I opted for groceries to be delivered instead. Anyway I am calling again tmw to find out what's happening and when I can expect my refund! Because I've had it with them honestly now I can feel my blood boiling! If I have to I will get my lawyer involved and they will pay the legal fees!! My advice is to stay so far away from ordering anything online from game cause they will turn it into a nightmare! And you will have to end up begging for your own money to be refunded!!! I am going to war tmw!!!! I'm done with them.
