Pathetic service&bad attitude

<p>On saturday 24 december,red hanger sale day saw an advert saying all stores will open at 7h30.got to your store@northpark mall at 7h20.store only opened at 7h47&when i asked the manager why she is opening late she told me their store is not busy so they cant open at 7h30.actually she told me that her staff gets tired and cant make it to work before 8 so she will open at 8.when i told her i will report her to head office then she was a bit nice.telling me that she will open in 5 min and she opened at 7h47.i wasnt happy&so is other customers.</p>
