Pathetic service at Edgars eastgate

Edgars eastgate mall has the worst service ever. I bought heels for close to 400 when I got home I realized only 1 shoe was packed. Went back and explained that I only have one shoe and was told "no we never make such mistakes. Our shoes are always tied together " which is true ,but I had untied the shoes when I fitted then and I was walking trying to feel if they are comfortable. All I was asking is for the to Check at the till where I paid or ask the security if they had seen any 1 shoe. I Stuck with 1 shoe now even offered to buy 1 shoe was told we don't sell 1 shoe . Am literally defeated 400 to a loss poor customer experience and service. Never to buy at Edgars again my 30th birthday photoshot ruined just like that. I am l9ng standing customer for more than 10years .no wonder Edcon was discontinued the service is like you getting freebies yet you pay and drive long trips to get to a shop because Edgars doesn't have shops everywhere. It's actually at selected mall . All the hustle for such embarrassment haike am done with Edgars. My make up and work attires I will find elsewhere.
