Pathetic service at Edgars Bayside Mall

Not happy with the service at Edgars Bayside Mall.Today i draw money @ the atm and went to your Bayside mall branch to make a payment.I was approach by a very unfriendly cashier which name is Alice Ntswaki.When i took out my money she look at me so weird and say sorry we dont take this money.One lady passed by and run off with one of the notes.I asked her whats happening now so she said that lady will find out from the manager if they can take it.After a while the lady came running back,sorry mam u must go exchange your money at the bank we not taking it.I was standing there totally confused coz to me it was like i am paying with **** notes.Why dont they have UV lights at the front line in order to double check.They created inconvenience for myself coz i just came from the bank with the money so i had to go back inside to get the money exchange and go back to your store.This incident with myself could've been handled in a much more professional manner.Its no wonder your company are loosing market share with this kind of service. Your front line staff should be trained about exceptional customer service
