Pathetic Service and Rude sercurity guards at Edgars Mall of Africa

Very bad service and rude security guards. Edgars Mall of Africa's service is terrible. i went today to collect my online order and after waiting over 30 minutes with no update all the staff could say was there are lots of orders and they are searching. After that the electricity went off only to be chased out the store by a very rude security guard telling us to leave the store immediately in a very unprofessional manner. This is the worst store I've ever been at and i must say after i get my order i will never set my foot there.
