Pathetic service

I have received the most pathetic service from their call center.. I canceled an order a month again and have not been credited. I followed up most than 4 times. And they keep telling me the same thing. They cut the call on you. Kagiso and Seitebalong are so rude and just blame their other colleagues. I didn't want to have to resort to this measures. But they don't seem to take their jobs seriously.
