Pathetic service

I visited Edgars in Centurion Mall... the shop only closes at 19h00.

At 17h30 all the fitting rooms where already locked and there was nobody at the tills.

When I asked several people if anybody can please assist me, they just looked at me and walked away.

One lady told my the staff went to do laybuys or went to fetch their bags.

After about 30min someone finally assisted me.

After almost loosing their jobs in the first wave of lockdown one would assume they would be grateful for still owning a salary and do what they get paid for?

Very disappointed and would recommend everyone I know to never shop at Edgars again.

As the service I suppose this complaint will also be ineffective
