Pathetic Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On 15 May I've placed an Online order. I understand that we're going through a pandemic but it's not an excuse for horrible, wait NO customer service!!!

Since I've placed the order online I have to follow every week to find out whats going on with my order. No one could give me an answer to whats happening with my order.

2 weeks ago I spoke to a guy and he said that I would've received my order that week.

This morning when I logged into the website to see if there's any progress with my order, just to find that my order's been canceled!!!!!!!!!!! CANCELED???????????

Nobody communicates to tell you whats going on. This is really terrible.

I've tried calling the so called wonderful customer service over and over again, but NO ANSWER!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't think that this company can get anymore pathetic than it already is.

I need to someone to get in contact with me ASAP!!!!
