Pathetic service

Pathetic service from Edgars once again, all of a sudden they are phoning to advise they are dealing with account queries, not RCS, and they do not have a clue on customer services, they have no idea when a customer has been called. And after providing proof of payment and statements showing R0.00 overdue - they still cannot explain how an account is in arrears.
