PATHETIC service.

I called the customer care a minute after ordering online .as soon as i got my invoice i noticed the shoe size i ordered was incorrect. I called for them to please change the size. The sneakers cost R899 so isnt even cheap the guy insured me that its been changed i asked for a reference number he said it would be emailed to me 3 hours later no email so i called back i spoke to a lady she made me gold spoke to a manager and said sorry u have to receive the wrong size than go to an edgars and change it....*** REALLY

THAN SHE INSURED ME THE GUY WHO ASSISTED ME WILL CALL ME BACK.

DONT KNOW WHY I KEEP AN ACCOU T WITH THIS USELESS SERVICE PROVIDER.

NO WONDER THEY ON THE VERGE OF SHUT DOWN CAUSE THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC MY ORDER NUMBER IS ***
