Pathetic Service

I wrote about my experience on hellopeter. Edgars is the worst. They still have not been in contact with me and this again is a week later. Does anyone please have advise on how to go about to close my Edgars account? I wrote emails, phoned, went to a branch etc. I even wrote to hellopeter and still no luck. I am in credit and have been trying to close this account since March........ my credit is running out due to their service fee. Do I need to go and seek legal advice?
