Pathetic service
You publicly wrote that you guys will contact me today by 6. Guess what? I still have nothing . Please note I will not be responsible for any cent I owe u because I have tried numerous times without end to sort this out . You have no care for customer experience . Why should I follow you guys so much for a simple feedback on my account? Like is this account in a different planet? Shame on your service Edcon group
