PATHETIC SERVICE

Poor online service, i have spoken to more than 5 agents already regarding an online purchase which i need today, their lines are bad calls keep cutting and i was promised a call back which never happened. I requested to speak to a manager but apparently there is no manager available how pathetic.... how long does it take to provide feedback????
