Pathetic Service

2 months down the line still no refund received, I order 10 items on the 7th of May, they delivered 5 items due to no stock, Their delivery note was already manually scratched out which indicates that they are aware of the no stock items, I am fighting for R559.80 till this day, When i call the call center they put me on hold until the line eventually cuts off (their staff is so confused and has so little knowledge that they cannot handle my query) The manager Linda promised to call me back with feedback last week ,I am still waiting I am at my whits end
