Pathetic service

If i could rate the service less than terrible I would. Does Edgars even exist? I went to the Southgate branch the other day and tried to pay my account, when I asked how much do I owe the cashier said she would only be able to tell me once I paid ??? anyway luckily i had a statement on my emails and made a payment....i am currently trying to call your service department to cancel and have been on hold for 1Hr and 30mins....this cant even be called service.
