*PATHETIC POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE*

I went to Edgar's Active at Lakeside mall in Benoni to close my account and this Vanessa girl chased me away and said I should go to Edgar's straight, they don't close accounts at Edgar's active. I told her I'm not leaving until she closes my account. Came back and told me to my face she doesn't want to help me and she'll call the manager to close the account then she walked off and never came back.. She's *********** and rude and does not deserve to work there or anywhere for that matter.. To top it off, when I spoke to the agent at their help desk she was also rude. PHUMLA IS HER NAME!!! SHE PUT ME ON HOLD WHILST TALKING TO HER WITHOUT EVENING TELLING ME SHE WOULD, THAN SHE DISMISSED ME. EDGAR'S STAFF, ALL OF THEM ARE RUDE!!!!!
