Pathetic online store

Worst online experience ever.

They send my online orders to the wrong stores and then have the audacity to tell me to go check if my order is at the store as if I have the time to drive up and down.

They call me to tell me my order is then at the correct store just for me to arrive at the store to tell me it’s not there yet!

It’s been 4weeks I’m still waiting on them to decide where my order is. The manager at both Edgars cape gate and Parow are useless as they can’t even ensure the staff phone me to tell me what is going on and when they do phone me it’s for excuses as to why my order is not where it should be.

What a waste of staff and managers. I’m currently still waiting on Edgars cape gate to deliver my order as I was told they will delivery it directly to me last week Tuesday .
