Pathetic online service/refunds

Pathetic online service! This is not the first time I struggle with not receiving my order because there is no stock and then afterwards, I never receive a refund!

The ***** department even called me to confirm if I made the purchase and I explained the whole story again. She promised that my refund would reflect on my next statement. Today when I receive the statement, NO REFUND once again. Why should I always waste lots of time and effort to correct something that was not even my fault!!!! I would not recommend online ordering ever!!!!
