Pathetic online service!

If it was possible I wouldn’t even have given a rating! My order was placed 5th of May and still NOTHING! No communication from their side! I have recieved a so sorry voucher of a R100.00. WOW!!! Just send me my damn baby clothes already! I have spend a lot of money and you were not ashamed to take it! My baby is now born and I am STILL WAITING FOR MY PARCEL!!!! You don't even reply on my emails and when I phoned it was just said to be reported! Your service is pathetic and I will want a refund if those clothes doesn’t fit my baby because of your pathetic service! Also I had to choose a branch that is close so that I can see which items is in stock. Why the hell must I then wait now for week number 4!!!!!
