Pathetic insurance

Finrite is so pathethic

Lost my phone on the 21 May 2020 put my claim and sent all the neccessary documents but they keep on saying they never receive anything :( that happen for a week the eventually they received the phone mind you they debiting on my account on the 25th of every month then in may they deducted for a lost phone and I'm the one who call them every second day of the week and they don't bother to communicate what is the problem..paid axcess fee and waited for the 5-7 days for the phone to be sent but still nothing called again today for the follow up they told me i will be called again by replacement department to finalise the order then i wait for 24hours for the call then another 3days for the phone to be delivered :( Hawuu how come now i wait for another days and final called but i was waiting for delivery all this time all to find out the was NO SUCH so now you will deduct on my account for 3 months but mna i dnt have a phone isn't tha MADNESS....I'm so dissapointed and done with Finrite yhooo
