Pathetic Edgars takes money. No goods delivered. No refund made

Honestly I don't think Edgars deserves even a 1 rating, this should be half. They have the single worst customer service I have ever experienced. I made an online purchase in November 2019...it's now January 2020 and still they have not delivered the goods or refunded me. They stole my money basically. Their customer service team is the worst! They shouldn't even have them as clearly they don't actually do anything. If you don't know how to run an online store, then don't it. But stop taking people's money and not giving them what was ordered. Just the reviews on their Facebook page is enough to demonstrate how *********** they are. Will never purchase from Edgars again...rather pay more at another store that won't ***** my money. Horrible service. Unhelpful staff. Not even refunding me my money. Pathetic!
