Pathetic Edgars

Edgars Pathetic service I have been trying to get hold of Edgars since last month to close my account as it appears on ITC but have been kept holding for long and being given different numbers to call even RCS couldn't help me saying they don't have my details with them. Edgars Head office number is an answering machine when you enter ID number it gives me RCS contacts and I don't get assisted. All I need is to pay the required amount and close the card but no one is able to give me details. That is soooo bad of Edgars
