Pathetic

I submitted a cellphone insurance claim in May, didnt receive any feedback and logged a complaint Edgars says they tried to call me but couldn't reach me I asked them to call again but never received a call, my claim was then approved and I was asked to pay an excess , I informed Edgar's that I was not near a store they should please send me an account to EFT into and I am still waiting
