Pathetic
Hi I ordered clothing from Edgars online on the 5th of May. I was very patient with them having a backlog so I would just track my order every now and then to see when it's going to come. So when I went in again the order said that it's been delivered. I phoned the call cente 5 times. The first 3 times I was told that they'll get back to me. The 4th time thebperson just kept me on hold. The 5th time I spoke to the manager and the call got disconnected. I paid for stuff that I don't have and I will never support the Edcon group again.
