Pathetic disrespectful customer services

I have had my Edgars account from 1992. I pay on time and this month my payment is a few days late and I have been hounded from 7am in the morning every day by call centre agents. They do not care if you are busy or at work, Bonga Ndlovu spoke above me. Is this how Edgars treats years of loyalty. I will pay up my account and stop buying from Edgars, jet or CNA. i think its pathetic that this is how Edgars treats customers like me.
