Pathetic Discount rewards service

Someone from Edgars Discount Rewards contacted me at the end of Nov/beginning of December 2022. For something like R108 per month, added to my Edgars billing, I would have various discounts with Dischem, Checkers and airtime etc. I agreed. The promised SMS took a while to arrive. It got to me on 10 Dec 2022. I logged in to the website. However, I could not access the discounts, so I phoned. The respondent said the problem would be escalated. I wait and wait. Nothing. I phone again, same result - nothing. The 2nd last person I spoke with - probably the 4th or 5th person, said they would escalate it as an emergency because other customers were having the same problem. The result? Nothing. So I went back to the website and tried to login. I could not even login. I phone again. The lady again says she will escalate it as an emergency. Apparently one cannot even speak to anyone higher up. All they can do is escalate it. The result of that phone call? NOTHING. They better not charge my account.
