PATHETIC customer service!!!! NEVER USE THEM!

Red square online has the most pathetic customer service ever!! I will never use them AGAIN!! Rather use Clicks Online service for Clinique orders, they are SUPER efficient and super fast!

They literally ***** your money because you only receive half of the items you paid for and when you email them over and over and over and call them for the 100th time , it is always the same answer....they are busy with your query and will get back to you!! WHEN?? It has been placed 14 March 2018. It is now 10/04/2018!! How is that for 48 hours???? They ignore you and you NEVER get refunded or receive the missing items !!! This is the second time in 8 months this happens. It totals up to more than R1000 they owe me, but still I need to pay my account!!??? PATHETIC. Unprofessional and USELESS....
