Pathetic Customer Service!!!

My daughter purchased an Edgar's gift voucher for me through the online ordering system on the 10May 2020, being a Mother's day gift. It is now 2 July 2020 and I have still not received this voucher. I have have called their customer care line on numerous occasions got a reference number and get told 'we will call you in 48 hours' .Well this must be the longest 48 hours in history!!!! I have also tried contacting them through messenger and email. Does nobody work at Edcon anymore, if so just give my daughter her R2000 bac****!
