Pathetic customer service edgars staff

After numerous discussions with Khanyi Mgube and Khululiwe Khumalo, *** ***, the incorrect service charges on my account since January 2020 have not been reversed. People do not take their jobs seriously. Worst customer experience ever. Can someone call me to rectify this matter urgently
