Pathetic customer service

I had placed a online order with edgars at checkout the address was correct after payment I noticed that the address was correct but the building name was not there which means the courier would not know where to go . I been on the phone for numerous hours trying to contact edgars so called customer service immediately as their website states and all their numbers just continously ring im so upset because this is a expensive gift.
