Pathetic Customer Service

Pathetic customer service. Yet they insist on charging an admin fee. I have been trying to close my account for three weeks. I sent numerous emails without receiving a response to one yet. Calling the customer service helpline is less than a waste of time. I held on for half an hour with no answer. Do not understand how such a big company can operate so poorly.
