Pathetic Customer Service @ Edgar's Pavillion
I had visited the pavilion Edgar's on the 01/06/2019 to purchase some items for my getaway trip...i take the items to the fitting room waited for over 15 min for assistance and the lady by the name of Notho had the gate locked..She did not want to allow me in.. She spoke to me in a very rude manner saying the store is closed and I can't try those items out while they was already people in the fitting room...she spoke to another colleague in a different language complaining. Is this how they treat the customers. I there after left the store and did not purchase anything for this pathetic customer service received by Edgar's Pavillion. Never shopping with them again.
