Pathetic customer service and false advertising

I bought a cellphone online. The add states the phone is a 4G but when I received the phone its a 3G.Edgars policy if you open the phone and insert Sim card you cannot return it. False advertising on Edgar's part and taking days to come back to me with feedback. Service is pathetic and will never buy anything from them especially online. Be careful
