PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have tried several times - twice today ALREADY - to change my account email address. Both times after answering all the questions the lady finds a reason why she cannot help and says she must transfer me to another department. I hold for ages and eventually just hang up. I no longer work at the company where my account correspondence is being sent so as a good customer I want to update my email address details and get my statements for payment seems Edgars ladies either no longer want me as a customer or they no longer want me to get my statements so that I can pay them.
