Pathetic Customer Service

<p>Went in to buy a pair of shoes for someone else. The security guard, shopping assistant and another unidentified male we all standing together having a good old chat. Even though the shopping assistant saw me looking through the shoes, he still did not come over to offer assistance. I tried to find what i was looking for on my own and when I could not find a size, I decided to ask them if I could have a particular size of a shoe. The assistant came over and assisted and said there was no size available in that style, which I am not so sure if there was in storage. So I looked around to check for another style and he seemed annoyed that I had called him and broke up his conversation. I had just previously been to Edgars, where the assistance was top-notch.<br />They need to get out of their comfort zones, once you see a customer, you stop your conversation and offer assistance, that is ,if I am not mistaken, how it works!</p>
