Pathetic customer experience

I am one very unhappy customer a girl by the name of Zikhona in Parow Centre Capetown did really get the best of me I went to open an account on the 2nd of Feb I did not have my recent payslip but she took my original document s even after I insisted on taking them with she promised me she will keep them safe . I was very disgusted today when I went to check on my application she told mevit was decline I was surprised because she didn't have enough documents her reason for me being declined was because I don't buy there which was not true because that's where I do my shopping and laybye more often When I asked for my documents without any remorse she said she couldn't find them just like that Zikhona'd service was very pathetic I believe in customer advocacy ....Zikhona needs training on how to value customers
