Pathetic company , no customer service , no administrative skills

According to edgars I don't exist on their system but I have been a account holder for 28 years and still receive accounts and make payments monthly I tried to make a purchase but was declined even though my account is up to date , all the contact numbers for the company don't work , no managers on site to resolve matters apparently the management only arrives at work at 11:00 , I am disgusted at what has been allowed to happen to this company , most staff don't have name badges
