Pathetic Company

If I could give a -1 review I would! Edgars is beyond useless! On the 13th November, they posted that if you spend R750 you get 10% off, Spend R2500 you get 20% off and spend R5000 you get 25% off. On Monday 16th November I went into store to purchase perfume and I was told by the staff that the offer was only valid from the 13th until the 15th November, but in the ad that was NEVER mentioned! I complained and I was contacted by customer service who then asked me which products I wanted to purchase. I told him that I would like to purchase Dior Hypnotic Poison and Sauvage, and he and his manager informed me that I can go into the store this past weekend as the sale will be on again, which it is, and now it excludes Dior products???? Today they have another sale which once again excludes Dior products. I was contacted by customer service again since I once again had to complain and all they said is that they will SMS when they have another sale. They don't even ave the decency and common sense to honour their ad, even though the ad still exists and still doesn't have a from and to date! They certainly have lost a customer! False advertising and useless customer service!
