PATHETIC BEYOND BELIEF

Good day, I went to Edgards Matlosana Mall on Friday to pay my account. Coming into the store the music was so loud I could barely hear myself taking to the lazy assistant. I wanted to pay my monthly account but she said I was the first customer for the day, then her system does not work as she is at the cosmetic counter. My word!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How is that for an excuse, I want to the paypoint, waited forever and by the time (40 minutes later) I decided just to pay the full balance and cancel my account. I did just that. The lady said she could not assist in cancelling account. Are they trained at all? I insisted she calls the call centre. I want to ensure that my account is cancelled. Please assist in this regard.
