Pathetic and Terrible Service By Edgars Wesgate

I bought 2 similar Cell phone by Edgars , One From Edgards in Newtown and one In Eastgate. The first one i bought from Newtown is broken (cracked screen) i took to edgars in westgate where i was assisted by a lady named Puleng. She gave me a form to fill for insurance to fix the phone and i did and now they are telling me that the phone ime number on the insure's system is not insured after i followed up with them and only after 8 weeks but at first i was told that the phone will take 4-6 weeks to be fixed. Both phones are insured and im so ****ed because they couldnt even let me know only after my follow up.
