Pathetic and stinky service

So,i have been a good customer for edgards for the past 10 years.So today i decided to return the R800 dress i bought on the 5th of July ,i was supposed to wear it for my graduation that is coming this Friday .Reason for return was that it very tight ,i gained some weight and its very short since its winter so i thought was gonna return it and get something a bit long and warm. Customer service was rude with some stinky attitude and told me they cant take it coz it had little makeup stain on it,like really ? you cant even recognize the stain unless you are really scruti****ng...Lots of women buy clothes at edgars daily and some go fit and leave some massive stains on clothes and leave them like that ,with just some little stains ,means i should get such attitude ??????? its my graduation for godsake ...well for your information ,i left the dress there with my thank you card ,i told them to keep the money and dress..what was i gonna do with a dress that isnt fitting ??? Wow ,im never buying to edgars ever in my life...
